20X MOPS-SDS Running Buffer

MOPS/ SDS Running Buffer (20X) is formulated for running proteins on Bis-Tris gels only. The buffers are provided as a concentrated solution and require simple dilution with deionized water before use.

MOPS/ SDS Running Buffer is recommended for separating medium to large-sized proteins.
