20X TA-SDS Running Buffer

Tris-Acetate (TA) SDS Running Buffer (20X) is formulated for separation of proteins Tris-Acetate gels. EBL TA gels provide excellent separation of large molecular weight proteins when used with Tris-Acetate/ SDS Running Buffer. The buffers are provided as a concentrated solution and require simple dilution with deionized water before use.
